Cancellation Policy & Schedule

No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event — the no-refund period begins September 15, 2027. Vendor setup is Friday, October 15, 12 noon–8pm, with additional setup Saturday, October 16, 6–9am before the show floor opens. Full show hours and breakdown are on the schedule page.
